The film was originally a sequel to Dus (2005), entitled "Gyarah" (Eleven).
A number of titles for the film included "Anubhav Sinha's Cash," "Cash with right Baby," and "Gone with the Cash."
According to the script, the three heroes are related to the elements: Ajay deals with hang gliding (air); Sashank rides on high-speed boats (water); and Akshaye uses his roller skates in heists (earth).
The song "Naughty Naughty" was shot in one take.
