Plot
When Binya Shriya finds a beautiful and mystical blue umbrella that captivates everyone who sees it, the little girl becomes the envy of her mountain village. But the umbrella goes missing, and Binya's suspicion falls on the cranky shopkeeper Nandkishor. A charming allegory based on a novella by Ruskin Bond, this visually stunning film from India explores themes of greed, loneliness, longing and loss.
