Sharan Kapoor

Sharan Kapoor (born June 7, 1975) is a creative head of Durga Maa Telefilms. he is elder son of Bollywood actor Jeetendra, brother of Balaji Telefilms producer Ekta Kapoor, brother of actor Tusshar Kapoor. he produced and co-produced numerous soap operas, television series and films. his most famous television venture has been Kabh Dulhann Ghar Aygi, which began airing on STAR One in 2004. He has produced over eight television soaps for STAR One. At 6th Indian Telly Awards (2006), he won the Hall of Fame award for having contributed immensely to the Indian television industry. Most of his creation begin with the letter "K" due to his superstition that it brings him good luck and fantastic reputation. Some of his creations are Khwaabh, Kkusumanjali and Kahaani Parivaar Kii. He has also co-produced Aaja Nachle with Yash Raj Films and Om Shanti Om with Red Chillies Entertainment.
