Inhabiting the role like a second skin, Justin Long has played the nerdy teen to perfection in a growing list of films (Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story) and TV shows ("Ed").Born June 2, 1978, in Fairfield, Conn., to a philosophy professor and a Broadway actress, Long developed an interest in acting early but resisted turning to it full time until he graduated from college -- which he did in 2000 from Vassar. Making his professional debut with the comedy troupe Laughing Stock while still in school, Long soon found himself cast as Warren Cheswick on the TV series "Ed" -- a role he would play for four years. In 2001, Long nabbed his first leading role in a feature film in the hit horror outing Jeepers Creepers, and in 2005, he played Lindsay Lohan's nice-guy mechanic boyfriend in Herbie: Fully Loaded. Other recent films include The Break-Up and Dreamland.
